VDay is a digital product operated by No Brainer Labs. By accessing or using the VDay service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and No Brainer Labs. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of these terms.

The VDay service is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this service, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to access, register for, or use the VDay service under any circumstances. No Brainer Labs reserves the right to verify user age and terminate access for any user found to be under 18 years of age.

VDay provides a private Valentine experience, including but not limited to:

• A Crush Match feature that allows users to discover mutual romantic interest
• A Couple Experience feature for existing partners
• Digital, emotional, and experiential content

The service is entirely digital in nature. No physical goods, deliveries, in-person meetups, or real-world services are provided by No Brainer Labs. All interactions occur through the digital platform only.

No Brainer Labs does not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific outcomes from using the VDay service, including but not limited to:

• Romantic success or mutual interest
• Relationship formation or continuation
• Emotional responses from other users
• Replies, engagement, or participation from other users
• Positive emotional experiences

All outcomes depend entirely on user actions, participation, and the independent choices of other users. No Brainer Labs has no control over user behavior or emotional responses.

By using the VDay service, you agree to the following:

• You will not impersonate any person or entity
• You will not harass, threaten, manipulate, deceive, or abuse other users
• You will not misuse invite links or share access without consent
• You will not use the platform for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• You are solely responsible for all interactions, content, and communications you engage in through the service

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

The VDay service is private and invite-only in nature. Users are responsible for who they invite and share access with.

No Brainer Labs is not responsible for misuse of private links, unauthorized access by third parties, or sharing of content outside the platform. Users must exercise caution and discretion when inviting others or sharing information.

The VDay service may contain romantic or emotionally intimate prompts, questions, and content designed for couples or individuals exploring romantic interest.

The service does NOT provide explicit sexual content. However, by using the service, you confirm that you are comfortable with romantic or emotionally intimate content.

If you are uncomfortable with such content, you should not use this service.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By making a purchase on VDay, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All purchases are one-time payments
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be provided for change of mind, relationship changes, unused access, dissatisfaction, technical issues, or any other reason
• No cancellations or exchanges are permitted
• You understand the nature of the product before purchase and accept that it is non-refundable

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you use the service, whether you are satisfied with the service, or whether your relationship status changes after purchase.

VDay is a seasonal Valentine's experience. The service, including all paid features, may be disabled, closed, or made inaccessible after 16 February 2026.

By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Access to the service is limited to the Valentine period
• The service may be shut down or discontinued after 16 February 2026
• No refunds will be provided due to the service ending after this date
• You are purchasing access for a limited seasonal period only

No Brainer Labs reserves the right to extend or shorten the service period at its sole discretion without liability.

The VDay service does not provide relationship advice, therapy, counseling, psychological services, or professional guidance of any kind.

All content provided through the service is for entertainment and emotional expression purposes only. Users should not rely on the service for professional advice or treatment.

If you require professional relationship counseling or mental health support, please consult a qualified professional.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO BRAINER LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE VDAY SERVICE.

No Brainer Labs is not liable for:

• Emotional distress, disappointment, or negative emotional outcomes
• Relationship outcomes, breakups, conflicts, or misunderstandings
• Misunderstandings or disputes between users
• Loss of data, access, or content
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or errors
• Actions or behavior of other users
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Brainer Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the VDay service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Illegal activity or harmful behavior
• Misuse of the service
• Fraudulent or abusive conduct

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination for violation of these terms.

No Brainer Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of the VDay service after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the VDay service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
